Privacy notice
This notice covers the contact form on this site. It explains what I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do.
Who I am
Aligned Empowered Ltd (trading as Align-Empower), registered in England & Wales, company number 14905548, 101 New Cavendish Street, 1st Floor South, London W1W 6XH. I am the controller of the details you send me.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company (if you add it) and your message.
Why, and on what basis
To read your enquiry and reply to you. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked me to get in touch. I do not use your details for marketing, and I do not sell them or share them with anyone except my website host, below.
Where it is kept
The form is run by my website host, Netlify, which stores submissions on my behalf and may process them outside the UK under its standard data protection terms. Replies come from my business email.
How long
Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it. If nothing follows, I delete the submission within twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how I use them. Send a message through the contact form or write to the address above. If you are unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
